By requesting services from WaterIngress.ca, you agree to these terms. We provide water ingress detection, leak detection, and water damage restoration services in British Columbia.
2. Emergency Response
We maintain 24/7 emergency response availability. Response time varies based on location and current demand (typically 2-4 hours in BC). Contact (604) 239-9934 for immediate assistance.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided upon assessment. We accept payment from property owners and direct insurance billing. Payment terms are discussed before work begins.
4. Liability Limitations
We maintain full insurance coverage. While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent additional damage, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing structural or construction defects.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges. Emergency services have different terms.
6. Changes to Terms
WaterIngress.ca reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
